About NervousSisters:

Kellie brings decades of experience working in the corporate world, alongside her leadership in embodied wellbeing as co- founder of YachtClub Yoga. Her background allows her to connect with teams under pressure and offer regulation-focused tools that make sense in demanding environments.

Peta is a mental health social worker and founder of BreathCounselling. She also works in public health, educating others on the neuroscience of regulation and trauma-informed care. Her work bridges science and lived experience to support meaningful change.

THE PROGRAM-

Week 1 - Understanding YOUR Nervous System

Learn the science behind our nervous system and how we operate in our everyday life. Understand your auto-nomic nervous system and gain the tools to practice bringing regulation into your body. Learn to give your body moments of rest, how to sense when you are activated or triggered, and learn how your body operates by mapping your own unique nervous system.

Incorporating vagal toning movement.

Week 2 - Understanding our relationships through a polyvagal and attachment lens

This week we will explore the difference between self and co-regulation and how to sense your body when around certain people. Gain the tools to practice coming into secure attachment and safety in your relationships. Understand how the way the body communicates with others and interacts with our environment.

Integrating yoga & breath work (breath and vocal toning for vagus reset).

Week 3 - The dysregulated body (burn out)

Learn the science behind chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation. Gain the tools to re-engage with your own innate boundaries. Begin tuning in to the language of your body. Learn the foundation exercise of orienting, engaging your felt sense and tracking your sensations. Build your resources bank to support your nervous system.
